I very recently scheduled a patient who will be coming from England. Travel time from England to North Carolina is similar to travel time from California to North Carolina. The airport here is only 20 minutes from our facility. This makes it convenient for patients traveling to North Carolina by plane.

Although patients will not know their tubal lengths until after surgery, they can rest assured that Dr. Berger is able to repair the tubes in 98% of cases. Dr. Berger's patients also have very high pregnancy rates even with tubes of shorter lengths. We have seen a successful pregnancy with as little as 1 cm of tube remaining. Very encouraging!!

The Pre Payment Account option works great for many patients who are saving up for their tubal reversal surgery with Dr. Berger. For patients anxious to go ahead with surgery and then pay it off afterwards, taking a loan from MedChoice allows them to do this.

Once a positive home pregnancy urine test is positive, quantitative serum HCG assays should be performed twice a week. In a normal pregnancy, the HCG levels will double with each assay. A vaginal ultrasound examination should be performed when serum HCG reaches 1500 to look for an intrauterine gestation sac.
